The formula for Manifestation

 If you have a lot going on in your head, energy is fragmented.  How much energy is actually going to that which you choose to experience?A process, like learning to play any instrument requires practice and patience and enjoying the creative expression of something new.  There will be ups and downs. An end is a new beginning at the same time.  Playing the old paradigms we will get the same result.  Einstein said, insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting to get different results. What a simple explanation! Everything is temporary and the ups and downs get easier as we embrace more and more of the compassion in a Peaceful Heart. What if we were all here to Master The Emotional Body?  What if the feelings we feel are the sign posts for change.  When we have had enough we surrender and ask for direction.  What if we ask for direction,  use the tools we have been given and instantly begin recognizing those feelings and the thoughts in our head that are not who we are. We make them ours by focussing on them.  How many times have you heard yourself saying "this is not me where is it coming from?",  when listening to all the chatter in your head. When we begin to switch our thoughts of who we really believe ourselves to be, then we can say be gone to the negative attempting to take hold of us. the Eagle is symbolic of Vision.  Let your vision soar, it is one of your greatest tools.  To see what we choose to experience. Make a picture in the mind.

 With pracrice, using the tools of transformation, we eventually are in control, We become the Master of our Chalice, our Vehicle our Body with which we constantly and consciously can create our passions. We respond to thoughts  putting them  in their proper perspective on behalf of the greater good. With knowledge comes responsibility, this takes us out of blame and victim hood.As we do for ourselves, we do for others, it ripples through the collective, and brighter becomes the Light of the  One shining on the many. The journey of the individualized aspect of the ONE is re-creating itself, back into wholeness. We get what we focus on. I would like to share with you one of my favourite balance tools, listening to Desiderata.  You can find it on Utube.  It has been put to song.  At union station in Toronto a few months ago it was playing for all to hear. To me it has a comforting Truth. 

DESIDERATA

"GO PLACIDLY. Amid the  noise and haste  and remember what peace there may be in silence.  As far as possible , without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.    Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant, they too have their story.  Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the Spirit.  If you compare yourself with others you may become vain and bitter.  For, always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.  Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.  Keep interested in your own career however humble.  It is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.  Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery.    But, let this not blind you to what virtue there is .  Many persons strive for high ideals and everywhere life is full of heroism .

Be yourself.  Especially do not feign  affection.  Neither be cynical about Love.   For in the face  of all aridity  and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass.  Take kindly the counsel of  the years, gracefully surrendering  the  things of youth.  Nurture strength of Spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.  But do not distress yourself with imaginings.  Many fears are born of  fatigue and loneliness.  Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a  Child of the Universe, no less than the trees and the stars you have a right to be here.  And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the Universe is unfolding as it should.  Therefore, be at Peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be.  And whatever your labours and aspirations , in the noisy confusion of Life, keep Peace with your Soul.

 With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.  Be cheerful, strive to be happy."
